*Participation is free for non-member symposium speakers. ** In the case of members, this includes separate regular members. ***Includes graduate students.
Undergraduate students without presentations (including non-members) can participate free of charge. Please register at the venue on the day of the event without registering. However, undergraduate students (including non-members) who have not made a presentation and wish to participate in the Banquet will be charged a fee (2,000 yen). Please apply by emailing the following instructions by September 15th. We will inform you about the payment method later.
